Congrats to Wilson – his MSc thesis corrections have just been approved. Wilson started with us as an Honour’s student in 2019 and stuck around for longer, pursuing research on Ni-based superalloys in Sophie’s first ARC Linkage grant. Not an easy task as his postgrad stint with us clashed with a global pandemic. Anyhow, thanks to his resilience, the project was a huge success despite all challenges. We continue to be in touch as he joined our industry partner as process engineer earlier this year. Well done Wilson – you are a star!
