The lastest (re-)addition to our group is our former honours student Wilson (on the right, with team alloy R41). He will pursue a masters by research, completing our team alloy R41, advancing Australian specialty alloy manufacturing. (No pressure…). Welcome back, Wilson.

Arnab spent a couple of days at the IFM Deakin University in Geelong to do quench dilatometry of two modern  HSLA steels he has cooked. Many thanks to Drs Thomas Dorin and Alireza Vahid for looking after him so magnificently. Arnab too enjoyed a weekend exploring the Melbourne foodie culture. He will be back.
